Q: What payment methods are supported?
A: Currently, Stripe payment is supported. Additional payment channels will be added based on user demand. Please refer to the payment page for details.
Q: Where can I view the activation code?
A: After successful payment and the order status becomes 'Completed', go to 'User Center - My Orders', find the order, and click 'Get Code' to view it. The platform does not issue codes via phone or email; all codes are shown only on the order details page.
Card/Code Related
Q: Can the code be reused or transferred?
A: No. The code is a one-time use voucher and becomes invalid immediately after activation. Transfer or sale is prohibited; otherwise, the user bears the account security risks.
Q: The product page doesn't show validity info, how to confirm?
A: The default validity is 365 days from acquisition. Any special terms will be marked on the product page. We recommend activating it as soon as possible after acquisition.
Refund Related
Q: Can I get a refund if I don't want it after payment?
A: Not supported. Since the activation code is a virtual product with immediate value upon generation and cannot be recovered for resale, all products on the platform do not support refunds, exchanges, or returns. Please confirm product information carefully before placing an order.
Q: If the code doesn't work, will the platform refund?
A: If verified by customer service that the code failure is due to the platform (e.g., generation error, product taken down), the platform will reissue the code or replace it with a product of equal value. Cash refunds are not provided.
Account Related
Q: What if I forget my password?
A: Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page and use your registered email to receive a verification code to reset it. If you cannot receive the code, contact customer service with identity proof for a reset.
Q: Can one account be logged into multiple devices?
A: Yes, but for account and code security, we suggest logging in only on personal devices. If abnormal login is detected, please change your password immediately and contact customer service to lock the account.
