VipCheap focuses on selling AI virtual goods (delivered as codes). Given the special nature of virtual goods (cannot be recovered once generated, easily copied, no physical return), the following refund policy is established. All users placing orders are deemed to have agreed to this policy.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Code successfully acquired (whether activated/used or not), refund requested due to personal reasons (e.g., accidental purchase, change of mind, not meeting needs, operation error);
- Code leaked or stolen due to user's own reasons, leading to inability to use;
- User failed to follow usage instructions causing activation failure, or dissatisfaction with AI product functions after activation;
- Order status abnormal due to network/device issues (non-platform reasons) after payment success, but code was generated;
- Other refund requests due to user demand changes or usage issues not caused by platform subjective fault.
Special Handling
If due to platform reasons (e.g., system failure preventing code generation, wrong product info, code quality issue unfixable), the user cannot use the product normally, the platform will take the following remedial measures (no cash refund):
- Reissue the corresponding product code to ensure normal activation;
- Exchange for another AI virtual product code of equal value;
- If neither above is possible, provide a platform coupon of equal value for future consumption.

This refund policy applies only to virtual goods sold on VipCheap. Users should read the product details, usage instructions, and this policy carefully before ordering. If in doubt, contact customer service before payment. The platform reserves the right to update this policy based on business adjustments. Updates will be posted on the homepage and take effect if no objection within 7 days.
