Service Content
The platform provides display, sales, and code delivery services for AI virtual goods. The platform reviews the legality of the source of sold AI product codes to ensure no infringement of third-party IP. The platform does not participate in the R&D, operation, or after-sales support of the AI product itself. Functions, permissions, and service periods are defined by the AI product provider. The platform only guarantees code validity and timely delivery.
User Rights and Obligations
- Users have the right to choose compliance products, obtain codes, and use them. Contact customer service for questions.
- Users must register with true and valid account info and safeguard account/password/codes. Losses from leakage or theft are borne by the user.
- Users are prohibited from using platform codes for illegal activities (scams, spreading bad info, infringement, etc.). The platform has the right to ban accounts and revoke unused codes without liability. Serious cases will be reported to judicial authorities.
- Users must respect the IP of the platform and AI product providers. copying, tampering, or selling platform content/codes is prohibited and bears legal liability.
Platform Rights and Obligations
- The platform has the right to audit, edit, and take down product info, and handle violating products/accounts to maintain order.
- The platform must ensure stable system operation and timely delivery of codes, responding to user issues within committed times.
- The platform has the right to adjust service content, fees, and policies based on business development, effective after posting on the platform.
- The platform will strictly protect user personal information and will not leak or sell it to third parties (except as required by law).
Disclaimer
The platform is not liable for compensation if users cannot use codes or services due to force majeure (natural disasters, network faults, policy changes) or AI product provider service interruption/takedown, but may provide remedies. The platform is not liable for losses caused by user device faults, network issues, or operation errors.
Changes and Dispute Resolution
The platform has the right to update these terms. Updates will be posted on the homepage. Continued use implies acceptance. Disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved first through negotiation, or lawsuit in the people's court appearing to the platform's location.
