Welcome to VipCheap for purchasing AI virtual goods. Here is the detailed purchasing process to help you complete your transaction quickly:

1. Browse Products: On the platform homepage or category page, filter the AI virtual goods you need. Click the product card to view details (including features, usage scenarios, package prices, etc.).

2. Place Order & Pay: After confirming the product information, click 'Buy Now', select a supported payment method to complete the payment. The system will automatically generate the order after successful payment.

3. Get Activation Code: After payment, you can view the corresponding order in 'User Center - My Orders'. Click 'Get Card/Code' to view the product activation code and usage instructions; the platform does not issue codes via mobile number, email, or other channels.

Card/Code Usage Instructions

1. The activation code is the unique voucher for the virtual product. Once generated, it is limited to your own use. Please do not verify it for others to prevent theft.

2. Please strictly follow the 'Usage Tutorial' on the product details page to input the code on the corresponding AI product platform for activation/redemption. The process may differ for different products. If you have questions, refer to the guidelines included with the product.

3. After activation, the usage rights and validity period are defined by the corresponding AI product provider. The platform is only responsible for delivering the code and does not participate in subsequent product usage services.

Troubleshooting

Code Not Received

Please first confirm if the order was paid successfully and the status is 'Completed'. Then check 'User Center - My Orders' to see if the code has been generated. If the status is normal, try refreshing the page or logging in again. If still not found, contact customer service for assistance.

Code Cannot Be Used

Please confirm the code was entered correctly (case sensitive, spaces), and check if it has already been activated. If these ruled out, provide the order number and a screenshot of the code error to customer service.

Payment Failed

Check your payment account balance and network status. If the order shows 'Pending Payment', you can try paying again. If it fails multiple times, switch payment methods or contact customer service to check the order status.
